Expertise: My main research interests are in the broad area of partial differential equations. I have studied several of the quasi- and semi-linear generalizations of the nonlinear sigma model of classical field theory, including the Skyrme, Faddeev, and Adkins-Nappi models. I am also interested more generally in mathematical analysis, especially the tools developed in harmonic analysis for analyzing PDE.
