Bridget Kelly is a lecturer and researcher in Human Nutrition in the School of Molecular Bioscience and an Accredited Practicing Dietitian. Bridget's research interests are in the development of healthy public policy to create supportive environments for health and wellbeing. This includes reducing children's exposure to unhealthy food and beverage marketing, and the provision of nutrition information at the point-of-sale. To this end, Bridget had led significant research in the field of food marketing and front-of-pack food labelling, which have contributed to high level policy discussions and reports
