Fabrication and characterization of nanostructures using e-beam lithography and scanning electron microscopy (mainly SEM & AFM).



Phase coherence in metallic nanostructures at cryogenic temperatures.



Cryogenic systems, including He3-He4 dilution refrigerator able to cool to 35 mK.



Graphene-based electronic devices, mainly field effect transistors (FET).



Low-noise measurement techniques, including lock-in amplifiers and filtering.



High-Vacuum systems (10-8 Torr), including roughing and diffusion pumps.



Thin film deposition ; thermal evaporation and sputtering
