Long Li is a stable isotope geochemist whose research interests focus on (1) unravelling the geological and biological mechanisms that induced the global environmental and/or climate changes in Earth’s history, (2) assessing the aftermath of these global changes on geological and ecological cycles, and (3) comprehending the subsequent ecological adaption to global changes of the past, which provides invaluable information for managing current anthropogenic environment-influencing products (e.g., CO2 sequestration).
