Expertise: Physics, computer programming and the Monte Carlo (MC) simulations based on Geant4 libraries. He applied his computer programming skills to medical imaging modalities such as PET/MRI and improved the image reconstruction system. The MC simulation is very useful in the field of radiation therapy because it would help optimize the dose profiles and thus improve the design of treatment planning of radiation therapy. His current research topic includes the MC simulation for implanted seeds in tumor for bachytherapy
