About This Department

Welcome to our lab, Nanophotonics Lab, located at Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology of Science. We are interesting in the light and matter interaction. Our researches focus on the Optoelectronic materials & devices, Semiconductor physics, Laser Spectroscopy, as well as Nano-materials & Technology, etc.
