A Master’s degree (NQF Level 9) in Biology with at least four (4) years of lecturing experience at tertiary education level and/or
industry experience or an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience. Excellent English communication
skills (oral and written). Competent to teach Biotechnology and at least two of the following courses: Cell Biology, Animal Structure and Function, and Genetics. A Doctorate as well as a credible record of teaching, peer-reviewed publications in accredited journals and community service will be an advantage.
