The Postdoctoral Associate will study and perform research in Biomedical Informatics, working on Bioinformatics and Data Science related research. The focus of the research will be on one or more of the following topics:

  • Developing a novel AI tool for binding affinity prediction
  • Building a knowledge graph with biological and chemical entities of interest to predict polypharmacy associated adverse drug reactions
  • Enhancing drug design software
