An NIH-funded postdoctoral position is available at the departments of Biochemistry and Biophysics and of Chemistry at the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, USA) in a multidisciplinary laboratory specializing in the development of optical probes for biological microscopy and imaging. Candidates with background in organic chemistry and/or photochemistry/photophysics and preferably with some knowledge of optical spectroscopy are encouraged to apply.
