Professor Qing Lin, from the Lin Group at the University at Buffalo, seeks a postdoctoral associate to develop novel bioorthogonal chemistries as tools to study class B G protein-coupled receptor signaling in live cells. The successful candidate is expected to have a strong background in synthetic organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, peptide chemistry, and/or chemical biology. The candidate shall be self-motivated and capable of carrying out the project independently.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:

* Organize and implement research plans
* Develop methods or research that incorporate highly specialized training in a specific specialty
* Data acquisition and analysis
* Analyze, evaluate, and present findings in professional journals and at professional conferences and meetings
