The Department of Biology in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky, invites applications for a Temporary, non-tenure eligible, Full-Time Instructor to begin August 1, 2024. The instructor will teach one section of BIO 102 and two sections of BIO 155 (or equivalent) in Fall 2024 and one section of BIO 148 and two sections of BIO 155 (or equivalent) in Spring 2025 (about 5 credit hours each semester). Applicants should have experience teaching introductory-level evolution, inheritance, ecology, and the nature of science at the collegiate level. A PhD Biology or one of its subdisciplines is required.
