Post-doc position is available to work on AI and machine learning for the development of in-silico digital twin for bioreactor performance modeling. By combining biosensor output and new AI algorithms we will improve the efficiency and the predictability of bioreactors used in bio-production.

Excellent knowledge of machine learning and deep learning is required. Knowledge in cell culture bioprocessing is desirable but not necessary. Good programming skills are desirable as well.

Applicants must possess a Ph.D. degree in STEM disciplines obtained in the past three years, with evidence of research productivity. Applicants must show that their previous research or industrial work is related to the project. Good oral and written English skills are required.

This position is open to citizens of any nationality, but preference will be given to citizens and permanent residents of Canada. The starting date is April 2020. The position will remain opened until suitable candidates are found.
