The School of Business at Stevens Institute of Technology invites applications for a non-tenure track full-time faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Teaching Professor level to teach courses in its Information Systems (IS) and Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) programs. We are especially interested in candidates with strong credentials in data management where we have a particular strength in both education and research. Courses include Database Management, Business Intelligence & Data Integration, Big Data Technologies and Machine Learning. The expected start date is August 2022 or earlier.
We seek an individual with significant professional and/or academic experience in IT or data science. Successful candidates will possess an advanced degree, with a minimum of a master’s degree in business or in a technology-related discipline. In addition to the primary role of teaching graduate and undergraduate courses, this position involves participation with other faculty in a range of activities including curriculum development, student advisement and research.
