The School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB) is a new interdisciplinary school at NTU, inaugurated in August 2022. Our school hosts world-class education and research programs in biochemistry, organic and inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, chemical engineering, and bioengineering. We aim to explore the potential effects of abundant endocrine disruptors on brain inflammation.
The position is responsible for conducting in vitro assay or in vivo assay to test if such endocrine disrupters asPer- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) can affect brain functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in vitro and in vivo study regarding to PFAS molecules or other relevant chemicals

Maintenance of key instruments

Contribution to lab duties, e.g., purchase of chemicals

Drafting reports and papers
Job Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field

Prior experience of developing in vitro or in vivo biological models

A good command of writing and speaking in English is preferred.
