The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Quebec in Outaouais (UQO), invites applications for a tenure-track position in computer science, at the rank of assistant/associate professor, effective May 1st, 2021.

Applicants must have a PhD in computer science or in a closely related field, with a research focus in software engineering or real-time and embedded systems. However, candidates with a strong background in other related areas will also be considered.
The successful candidate must demonstrate potential for excellence in research and teaching, and have the ability to supervise graduate students. Service to the university and the community is expected.

UQO is a French-speaking institution. Applicants are expected to have a working knowledge of French for teaching purposes.

Place of Work: Saint-Jérôme

Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience
(According to the existing collective agreement)
